11:00 am – 3:00 pm (NO Directors Only Hour)

Set-Up Hours

• Tuesday, February 2, 2026:  1:00 – 5:00 pm

• Wednesday, February 3, 2026: 8:00 – 11:00 am

Onsite Cooking/Prep

• KCI Expo Kitchen and equipment will be available for vendor use for cooking and prep throughout set-up and show hours. Bring your own pans, oven mitts, foil, disposables, cooking utensils, etc!

• Convection oven will also be provided on exhibit hall floor for vendor use on Wednesday

• Cold Storage Truck available on site Tues and Wed for frozen & refrigerated samples

Exhibitor Services

Liberty Exposition Services is the provider for shipping and booth décor buy-ups. They will be contacting registered vendors individually with info and payment instructions.

Electrical Needs

KCI Expo onsite electrician will provide all vendor electrical needs – quantity and type of service required are ordered and purchased with your booth registration. Broker groups must provide layout/map of electrical needs with their registration.

Leftover Food Salvage

A team will arrive at 3:00 pm Wednesday to salvage leftover food from the show, to be distributed to several different food pantries in the area.
